Laser technology has revolutionised the decoration industry. We can create many different looks by combining laser technology with traditional screen print and embroidery.
Our most popular process is REVERSE APPLIQUE. This technique combines embroidery with laser technology to produce the opposite look of traditional tackle twill. First, a fabric swatch is sewn in underneath the garment. Then we use our laser to cut the design out of the front of the garment and the swatch shows through creating a 3-D look that will impress your clients.
The fabric swatch can also be sewn to the outside of the garment and laser cut to create that traditional twill look with a modern flare. Screen print can be combined with this laser process to create several more unique looks.
