Reflex Marketing & Promotions Ltd recently did its bit to aid the Greek economy by placing a very large bag order with a reputable Greek supplier... and even flew to Greece to check on progress!
Naomi Scott, a Reflex partner, explains: “One of my major clients had an urgent requirement for 100,000 bags in three weeks and the quality had to be perfect. Having dealt with the factory in Greece previously, I was confident that they would deliver.
But with no time for a full proof sample, I reassured my client by saying I would fly out to the factory at 5am Sunday morning to sign the proof and oversee the start of production.
“The client was absolutely delighted and I also sent them visuals of the bags that were being produced as well as shots of the factory that showed the quality of supplier that Reflex deals with.
“It was a mad 36 hours but so worthwhile as the end result far exceeded their expectations and has resulted in Reflex developing its business further with the client.”
Jonathan Walker, Managing Director at Reflex continues: “This industry is well used to short deadlines but this order was really cutting it fine.
“Thanks to Naomi’s tenacity and willingness to go the final mile to help a major client, coupled with the continuing professionalism of Reflex’s support teams, the order ran smoothly.
“The supplier was so impressed with how Reflex works that closer ties have been established and they now take space in our successful mailers to advertise their range of products.”
