From 2012, Blue Max will produce one single brochure with the four main brands, Blue Max, Banner schoolwear, Beau Brummel blazers and Medallion sportswear.

The product range will be rationalised in order to provide competitive pricing and even better stock levels.

From January 2012, all boxed goods will be despatched from the warehouse at Trowbridge HQ and all hanging garments will be despatched from a new warehouse nearby.  The Stockport warehouse will close at the end of this year.

The Stockport sales office will close at the beginning of October and all Banner stock product including plain blazers will be processed through Trowbridge. 

Made to Order blazers will be handled from existing premises in Seaham, where a new sales office will be opened by October 2011. All skirt, trouser, knitwear and sportswear MTOs will be processed through the Nottingham office. All accounting matters including credit control will be handled from Trowbridge as of October 2011.

The company is making a significant investment into the existing Banner computer system to provide the optimum standard of information technology and this, together with a new, greatly improved website, will be operational throughout the business from November 1, 2011.
