Jacqui will bring her wealth of industry knowledge and experience from her time at Russell and more recently as part of Falk&Ross, being responsible for the successful development and launch of their in-house brand SG last January. 

She is fully committed to the industry and its customers, and is known for her endless energy and dedication to the task.

Jacqui comments: “This is a fantastic opportunity and I am delighted and honoured to be working with such an energetic team of people who are fully behind the growth of Falk&Ross. 

“Helmut has really driven the company forward with our expansion of both our brands and state-of-the-art warehouse facilities. I am delighted to continue to work with him, allowing me the opportunity to get out and meet our customers, ensuring that we are fulfilling their changing needs for the future.”

Wenzel follows: “Although I've enjoyed my time as CEO I realise that I have a more important role to play in continuing the operational development of Falk&Ross to ensure our ongoing leadership of the industry. I am excited at the prospect of supporting Jacqui and the rest of the team, focusing on the growth and development of Falk&Ross. I wish Jacqui every success in her new role.”

This year has already seen Falk&Ross launch five new brands to the market, particularly around workwear. They also continue to bring customer-focused innovation with their new QR codes within the brochure, enabling real-time access to prices and stock availability.
