Why label free?

It is simple; there are two main advantages that we think are indispensable. The first is that there is no irritation to the neck area as we only include a small size label. The second (mostly suited to the printwear industry) is the flexibility to either insert a custom woven label or to apply the fashion style of printed neck labels. It is all designed to make an off the shelf product as close to a bespoke garment as possible

Our secret is that we have our own vertical manufacturing unit – an asset that only the big brands boast. And with that capability, we are able to do what we do best and that is knitted garments. We have been manufacturing these garments to retail specification, as we all know in this industry that they are like blueprints, so it has equipped us to get the details right.

Our stock range includes our coveted QC 4.1 hooded sweatshirts. These have rivalled our QC1.1 polo shirt which is our overall best selling item at a robust 220gsm boasting all the features the end users desire.

The hooded sweatshirt is a 300gsm garment and has been worn all over campuses across the country with great washability down to our ‘QC-1000 wash test’. This makes sure your customer keeps re-ordering.

Making sketches a reality

We like to keep the client informed throughout, at the same time leaving them to focus on their day-to-day trading. So we have devised a process to make this happen with input of our existing clients

The bespoke process

1. The design brief is handed over to Promo QC. An account manager will suggest the best options, and a tailor made quote is given.

2. Digital mock up is sent to client for approval of positioning, size and specification.

3. Sample is produced.

4. Once sample is approved we will begin production and depending on which transport option is chosen, sea or air freight, we will provide a delivery date.

5. The goods are delivered to your door (any UK mainland address) in custom cartons.

The pattern will be kept on request in the factory for repeat orders. We will even throw in a free woven neck label, to your specification.

We have a tailor made quoting system which means we will calculate every part exactly for you to achieve the most efficient pricing available.
