Comparing the Amaya XTS - 6 head modular embroidery system with a traditional fixed 6 head machine, a much higher output in weekly units is produced with the Amaya XTS system against the competition, when stitching a variety of different stitch counts per design.

Amaya XTS is versatile – its multihead configurations can adapt to all production demands. Head for head there is no comparison. These systems produce work orders not possible on conventional machines. Amaya Modular systems are not affected by single thread breaks like fixed head machines when all heads shut down. On the Amaya XTS only the head with the thread break stops leaving all other heads in full production.
