The Spring/Summer Fashion range now includes the B620 Herringbone Gatsby in a washed herringbone fabric, which brings a touch of timeless class to the promo market. It uses Beechfield’s Smartfit technology for one-size-fits-all convenience. The B620 comes in black, graphite grey and stone.

A big retail seller, the unisex Fedora is a favourite with the music crowd. Made from 80% polyester/20% cotton it comes in black and sizes S/M and L/XL. 

Four new caps complement the Gatsby and Fedora. The B637 Plaid Army Cap reinterprets the hugely popular army cap style in fashionable grey. The restrained plaid pattern, with neutral colouring, does not compete with end user decoration. The design is finished with a self-fabric strap with silver effect buckle and grommet.

The new B640 Half Mesh Trucker takes cues from the latest urban mesh styling to update a proven promotional headwear favourite. It has a high profile front panel and peak fashioned from 100% cotton twill, and 100% nylon rear mesh panel. It comes in six great colourways and has a snap tab adjuster to ensure that one size fits most.

The B650 Vintage Fashion Cap takes the 6-panel heavy cotton twill baseball cap design and gives it a retro twist, using a washed fabric finish and contrast colour peak stitching, peak underside, sweatband and crown taping. The on-trend colours are graphite grey, pure green, red, royal and sunflower.

Destined to be the headwear hit of 2010, the new B665 Rapper Cap is an iconic urban fashion item. It is distinguished by its trademark flat peak, generous crown and custom seam-tape detailing.

Another Smartfit style, the B665 features an elasticated crown and comes in black or white – both offering the perfect canvas for creative decoration.

The new Beechfield Autumn/Winter Fashion range welcomes four new styles, each made in 100% Soft-Feel Acrylic fabric. The B448 Peaked Beanie, B461 Slouch Beanie and B462 Chunky Knit Beanie continue the fashion focus, as does the B463 Classic Tassel Peru Hat. The latter features an insulated lining for extra warmth and signature twin tassels and bobble on top of the crown.

Moving onto sports, the B471 Teamwear Beanie becomes the new first choice players’ and supporters’ headwear for colder weather, in a choice of five colourways. It is joined by new race-day favourite, the B159 Grand Prix Cap – with dynamic chequer flag embroidery on Black, Classic Red or White.

The Beechfield Performance range welcomes the new "all-weather", waterproof and breathable B186 Tactel Performance Cap. Perfect for work and sports, it is available in black, graphite grey and stone/navy. The new B447 Thinsulate Knitted Hat features insulating lining and a non-ribbed turn-up for easy decoration. It comes in dark graphite and French navy.

For workwear customers, there are the B525 EN812 Bump Cap and B535 Hi-Viz EN812 Bump Cap. These technical PPE styles combine the comfort and casual looks of a baseball cap with the protection of a polycarbonate inner shell. The B525’s 100% cotton twill cover and B535’s 100% polyester cover are removable for ease of decoration. Both feature a Coolmax fabric sweatband, and conform to the EN812 safety standard. The B525 comes in black, bright royal, classic red and French navy. The B535 comes in fluorescent yellow and fluorescent orange colours, and has high-visibility retro-reflective binding.

Perfectly complementing the B535 Hi-Viz EN812 Bump Cap is the new B950 Morf™ Hi-Viz. The multipurpose style in fluorescent yellow 100% polyester microfibre has retro-reflective tape stripe detail and the added advantage of anti-microbial fabric treatment. The B950 can be worn as a balaclava, headscarf, bandana etcetera, and can even been worn comfortably under the B535, or a construction helmet or bicycle helmet. Beechfield’s remaining new style for 2010, the B920 Morf SupraFleece combines 100% polyester microfibre fabric with a polyester SupraFleece section.
