Bars, bistros and cafes not only have a very different staff uniform expectation from their fine dining cousins, but also vary tremendously within their own sector. The most popular choice for the more informal hospitality sector is the black T shirt that, if chosen correctly, can suit all ages, sexes, shapes and sizes.
