Amaya Sales UK now offer three types of digital printers, two are used for direct to garment printing and the third for printing on to metals, plastics, ceramics, glass etc.  

Texjet, manufactured by Polyprint, offers a versatile printer with a very large print area of up to 600 x 420mm.

It uses water-based textile pigment inks and can print on to cotton or cotton blended items with polyester.

To allow for perfect height setting of the garment it comes standard with an auto-height adjustment. Ink can be supplied in either sealed cartridges or re-fill able ones and is very economical per print.

Several options of table size are available and now include a brand new clamping system which tensions the garment when being clamped.

Its new rip software includes many new features that give a superb finished product in vibrant colours and help reduce the cost of each print. The new printer output also gives a much softer feel.

If more production is needed, then another printer can be added to the same computer.

Freejet 320 TX has a smaller footprint and printing size than the Texjet with a maximum print size of 450 x 310 mm. It's ideal when space is a restriction but still produces an A3+ size print.

It also comes with a free rip software which allows for garment positioning and ink control.

Freejet 320 Plus is a solvent based printer ideal for printing on promotional goods such as plastic rulers, key fobs, coaster etc. It gives very high production at high resolution with outstanding colours together with a scratch resistant finish.

It is very easy to operate and does not need rip software and can be run off most lettering and design software.

It comes with auto-height adjustment to give the optimum gap between the product and the print head.

It fits in well with either the embroidery business or garment printing.
