"Without doubt, one of the most popular items at this time of the year is the trolley coin key ring," says Malcom. "Many companies have identified that we all shop far more in the run up to Christmas than at any other time of the year. With the endless round of parties and festivals (Halloween, Bonfire night, etc) we all spend more time looking for the pound coin for the shopping trolley than at any other time of the year.

Soft PVC items are also popular, adds Malcolm. "Naturally, coasters are a big seller at this time of the year as they make a perfect business gift, but our magnetic bottle openers are also a very popular item.

Bespoke flashlight key rings are also a timely gift as the winter sets in and the nights get longer.

"These can be made to any bespoke shape for any brand or logo," adds Malcolm. "In past years these have been popular items with companies associated with the automotive industry, councils, taxi firms and the police.

"Another strong seller at this time of the year are our plastic cards. These are generally made into calendar cards or used by the police and councils to get the ‘Don't drink and drive' message across. They also have the added bonus of being used for a full year when a calendar is applied."
