"After attending this year's Printwear & Promotion Show at the NEC we were overwhelmed by the number of enquiries we were receiving from workwear, corporate wear, sportswear and promotional companies. Our customer base now ranges from one man bands to large organisations seeking out a professional embroidery service."

With various single, six and eight head embroidery machines, jobs of all sizes and stitch counts can be catered for. With the current equipment, approximately 15,000 embroideries can be carried out each week.

"During the present climate we find ourselves getting calls from customers who have taken on jobs in order to maintain their client relationship and to safeguard future business," adds Jimmy. "What they have not done is allow themselves enough time to deliver due to their own production schedule and need the help of our services."

Lewis Print offer a confidential, high quality service. Where jobs are required to be delivered directly to a client's customer, orders can be plain packaged with a client's delivery note.

"We have a strict quality control procedure so every job is constantly checked for consistency and quality. Anything that falls short of our high standards is immediately rectified. All new digitised artwork is run off prior to the job being started, and sent to the customer for approval."

Lewis Print have just started embroidering football shirts and shorts ready for the new season.

"Our customers are dealing with small village and junior clubs right the way to the larger league clubs," continues Jimmy. "Many of these orders require sports numbers and sponsor logos printing on them which we offer so we can give our customers all of the services they need to get the job done."
