Fruit of the Loom has launched its new, fully redesigned European website, www.fruitoftheloom.com, providing imprint customers with a reference and marketing resource.
The site is the latest extension of the company’s new brand image, based on garment montages. It can be viewed in five European languages, (English, French, German, Italian and Spanish), and contains comprehensive details of every style in the Fruit of the Loom 2007 activewear collection – 68 in total.
Regularly updated news pages will keep visitors abreast of all the latest product and service developments at Fruit of the Loom, and there is a quick-sign-up facility to receive the company’s new email newsletter.
Each product page presents a large on-model image of the garment, plus full information on fabrics, sizes, finishing details and carton sizes. “The online product catalogue allows customers to view an actual photograph of each style in the colour of their choice,” said Alison Woodvine, European brand manager.
The Marketing Support area allows registered visitors to download the Fruitt of the Loom Catalogue 2007 for free; product images; wall planners; product posters; and spec sheets for each style. The company hoped that, instead of mailing a full, printed catalogue, customers would be able to download the relevant spec sheets and attach them to quotes (printed or emailed) to send to customers.
The company has also just launched its new 12-page schoolwear brochure, showcasing its latest collection of school clothing, and detailing the key selling points of the products, including their ethical production.
The brochure collection covers Tshirts, polos, sweatshirts and outerwear, including the recently launched New Kids College Jacket.
