High production textile dryers manufacturer Adelco will showcase new models and concepts in conveyor drying technology at FESPA.
Best known for their gas fired, high velocity Jet Force range of dryers, Adelco has recently moved production to its own facility in Kunshan, China.
The new equipment available from Adelco at the exhibition will include multi directional split belt dryers that enable the curing of different ink systems through one dryer.
“The choice of belt direction provides printers with more layout choices when designing the layout of their print shop,” says Adelco.
Return Belt dryers will also be on show. This concept takes the product through the oven twice, reducing the need for longer oven lengths, says the company. The cured product is presented back to the operator, which is particularly advantageous to customers with high speed direct to garment, digital printing systems.
A new range of Infra Red and Hot Air combination conveyor dryers will also be available, as well as the latest range of automatic quartz flash cure units. Adelco will show all four sizes of flash cure that can be mounted to the machine print head or supplied stand mounted to enable operation from any automatic textile printing machine.
