International Insignia is one of the UK's marketleading and longest established promotional and souvenir houses, with 35 years of experience supplying a range of promotional baseball caps as well as embroidered leisurewear and accessory products.
The company has just launched a new brand offering headwear, garments and accessories. Amar Sandhu of International Insignia says the company wanted the new brand –Oakridge – to reflect unique English tones, with the aim of increasing its presence in the golf market.
“One of our newest additions is the Ball-marker Cap, which is a six panel cap with a magnet on the peak, to which you can attach your ball marker.We were one of the first to launch this in the UK, and it has proved a popular item. It can be customised with corporate branding to promote their name on both the marker and the peak of the cap,” says Sandhu.
The new brand also brings more fashion-orientated caps to market, including the camouflage style. According to Sandhu, this is a huge trend that has come from North America. Another fashion-influenced style from Oakridge is the new English black pin stripe baseball cap, says Sandhu, adding: “We are also seeing a continuing demand for the distressed look and sparkly logos, and there’s been a marked increase in people asking for micro-fibre performance fabrics in caps.”
Together with the new brand, the company has launched its new brochure showcasing the 2007 blank cap range. Two new websites are also under development – www.internationalinsignia.net and www.oakridgeheadwear.com
The company has also moved from its previous three locations in Willenhall to a new base in Wolverhampton.
