To complement its screen printing facility, TOT Shirts has established a practical and efficient embroidery service. With suppliers often outsourcing specialist and finishing services resulting in delays to the customer, TOT deemed it important to be able to offer all services from one place.
The embroidery service dovetails seamlessly into its service philosophy, whereby customers can see the complete project through from design to imagery, storage and fulfilment. TOT’s base in North London houses three separate machines which can each run 12 items at a time, two of the machines being six colour and the third unusually capable of 12 colours. Nothing is too complicated, and the speed is simply dictated by the nature of the design. TOT can work from your own creation, or its design team will digitise it for you.
With dedicated equipment, the company can apply a very attractive look in any colours to all manner of items including shirts, jackets and bags, and indeed it can be combined with other techniques if desired - for example embroidered on the front and printed on the back.
