The internationally renowned made-to-order service has gained its reputation through a combination of extensive knowledge and experience acquired over 20 years of producing high quality, custom-made garments to the clients' specification.

B&B strives to make the process as simple and trouble free as possible for the client by offering a full service from start to finish. The customer service team works closely with the client on the selection of suitable design details, fit requirements, colours and fabrics to ensure successful conclusion of ideas within an agreed timescale.

A complete garment development package can be provided, from pattern preparation and cutting, to inspection and testing through to final sample proofing prior to manufacture. There is also an in-house labelling service available, with both woven and printed labels being inserted at source. For that final touch, the garments can be packaged and kimballed, presenting them to the highest standard.

All of B&B's textiles are available for the service, and the full range of fabrics is kept in stock with un-dyed fabrics being immediately available for pantone dying. The minimum dye lot for a non-stocked colour is 600 T-shirts and lab dips can be ready in just two days.

Whether it's a stone washed or vintage look, enzyme or acid wash processing the client is looking for, B&B can help achieve it. Arrangements can also be made for embellishment techniques such as printing, embroidery and appliqué.

This service is subject to a minimum quantity order of 120 pieces per style, size and colour. All garments produced as part of the bespoke service will be delivered, manufactured and ready for sale within 21 days.
