Gymphlex has always understood that the most important factor in influencing development of the bespoke clothing market is the customer.
In the constantly-evolving clothing market, the customer is key in shaping product ranges and demanding personalisation services and bespoke design capabilities. Gymphlex’s latest brochure has been developed to meet customers’ needs, with some lines originally developed for one off client orders.
Gymphlex has been specialising in bespoke manufacturing for 70 years. As newly appointed Operations Director Gary Lory firmly believes, it is this unique relationship with their customers that enables them to continually develop their product and service portfolio to meet and exceed customer requirements.
Gary said, ‘All markets need to communicate closely with their customers. Gymphlex’s unique strength in this crucial area lies in our unparalleled bespoke design service. It is through offering this service that we get to really understand our customers individual needs.
‘Indeed, new styles, colours and design features in our stock range tend to be born through client led briefs from our bespoke design service.’
Gymphlex has always offered the customer unlimited flexibility as it has a no minimum order policy on all orders. A team of skilled machinists and a talented design team at its Lincolnshire factory can create unique styles in any sizes.
In addition, the vast choice of printing methods and embroidery service enables clients to add logos or badges to either stock items or their own unique garment styles.
Gary continued, ‘You never stop learning in this business and the biggest source of inspiration comes from customers. We strive to make it as easy as possible for them to communicate their ideas with our designers.
‘The latest innovation to ease this process comes in the form of a simple to use Computer Aided Design template. Using this software, customers can create a line drawing showing their ideas. Our experienced design team can then take these ideas onto the next level with more detailed sketches and fabric recommendations. Once the client is confident with the designs we go straight into production.’
As the design, administration and manufacturing are all housed under one roof at the Lincolnshire factory, Gymphlex are able to supply the finished garment to the client as soon as possible.
