The adidas golf range focuses on tops including many that feature its ClimaLite and ClimaProof technical fabrics. With the AD20 ClimaLite Short Sleeve Jersey Mock, synthetic fibres on the inside wick moisture away from the skin through to cotton outer fibres for easy evaporation.

ClimaProof is a 100% polyester peached microfibre fabric with a Teflon finish and is breathable, as well as being wind and water resistant. It is used by adidas for windshirts such as the AD51 ClimaProof Piped Windshirt, a useful style given British summers!

PenCarrie also stock 16 styles in the Glenmuir golfwear range giving plenty of choice. Waterproof trousers, polo shirts, windshirts, lambswool sweaters, slipovers and fleeces all feature.

Selling well for summer is the new AW07 Performance Mesh Raglan Polo Shirt is made from a 100% polyester mesh that wicks moisture away from skin to the outer surface of the garment where it evaporates - thus keeping the player comfortable when the heat is on.

Another newcomer that is also good for summer is the AW22 EZ-Tech Solid Interlock Vest. This is made from a 100% cotton high performance fabric that is breathable and has a soft feel. It also has easy care qualities and is shrink, fade and pill resistant.

Golf accessories are valuable all year round as stand-alone items or as add-on sales, and PenCarrie again offer a good choice. Golf towels are always popular (and are very easy to decorate). Tour Collection has its new TR91 Golf Towel, which comes in the five lively and colourful designs of Union Jack, England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
