Held at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, the award was presented at the recent PROMOTA 2006 Gala Awards evening. On the night, the judging panel selected BTC activewear from a short list that included three other well-established and respected distributors to take the coveted top award for the clothing category.

The awards, recently described by PROMOTA (the promotional merchandise trade association) as the Oscars of the promotional industry, recognise achievers from categories within suppliers, distributors and services to the trade.

Still elated from winning the award for top clothing supplier, BTC activewear director Glenn Hyams reveals what he believes is the secret behind BTC activewear’s success, ‘from the staff in our sales offices to the warehouse and admin teams at our national distribution centre, everyone tries to do that little bit extra for the customer, this award is recognition of a fantastic team effort.’
