Titled ‘The Classic tool to create quality embroidery with viscose/rayon’, the sample card presents all four Madeira Classic weight threads - 60, 40, 30 and 12 - in one design, to show the difference in structure, texture and appearance between the different threads, and to highlight the advantages of viscose thread, which remains the bestseller in the embroidery business worldwide.
The editorial features graphic images and refers back to the Sample Card, and the text document ‘What makes viscose so precious’ complements the concept.
Viscose is extremely versatile, it is extremely resistant and colour-fast and Madeira Classic can be washed at 203°F. Tests have also proved that Madeira’s Classic runs an average of 400,000 stitches before a thread break occurs, and can be run at 1200 stitches per minute.
