The first is for GCCs new StellarJet UV printer range. Initially available is the 2500mm wide format printer that will soon be followed with two other size variations. It was a natural progression for GCC to appoint Grafityp UK, as it is already the sole distributor of GCCs excellent range of cutting plotters and its top selling LaserPro range of machines.

The StellarJet uses a six colour head plus one dedicated to white ink, there is also an eighth channel which may be utilised to a varnish. It is equipped to handle both flatbed applications and roll to roll, and uses an auto media calibration system to optimise the printhead over a variety of materials up to 50mm thick.

The second major development for Grafityp UK was to be named as the sole distributor for DGI. Established in 1985, DGI has over this time become highly respected for its solvent printer range of equipment which combines strong robust high quality build with excellent printing quality, yet keeps printing costs extremely low with ink costs as low as £35 per litre.

The flagship Megajet series is a 3.2m wide range that has a maximum print resolution of 720dpi and uses the highly regarded spectra print head. It again utilises a built in workstation for easy operation and control. There is also a SpaceJet 3.2m model that uses the Xaar print head and makes super wide printing accessible to a lot more companies.
