EthicStar envisages positive growth in other urban styles during 2006, and its use in promotional and printwear clothing. For 2006, EthicStar is offering new styles from stock with greater attention being made to zipper jackets, hoodies, track jackets, fitted tees and skinny fits, with a wide selection of colours available from stock for next day delivery in hooded, tees, skinny fits, track jackets, zipper jackets and polo shirts.

EthicStar is also seeing a great demand for its striper skinny fits. The company is currently offering two colour combinations: red/black and white/black stripes, with many others combinations offered on bespoke basis. Furthermore, EthicStar has also seen a strong demand for vintage wash apparel.

With changing printing trends, EthicStar has also made alterations to its zipper jackets. With screen printers wanting to print on the front side of the zipper jacket, EthicStar’s zipper jackets now have a concealed zip so that it can be screenprinted or digitally printed across the zip.

EthicStar’s Product Manager said, ‘If anyone wished to print using standard procedures on zipper jackets they would have to cover the zip with a tape, but with EthicStar’s jackets the overlap fabric covers the zip and allows printing on that section. That then enables the whole print to be printed across the front of the zipper jacket.’
