SEDEX, the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange, is a membership organisation for businesses committed to continuous improvement of the ethical performance of their supply chains. Jon shared BTC Group’s experience with the delegates from large organisations and suppliers in a variety of industry sectors, focusing on the role of distributor/agent and the associated ethical challenges in the supply chains, such as communication and transparency.
