Premier Print & Promotions Ltd has announced the recent purchase of Almalad Ltd t/a TransWorld Incentive Gifts based in Colchester Essex.
The well respected business re-located to Premier's site at Threshelfords Business Park in Kelvedon, Essex mid December.
Having known each other for many years, both parties were delighted when the opportunity for this acquisition came about. It brings together more than 50 years of experience in the promotions industry and Premier is now looking forward to the challenges and scope for further development that this opportunity brings.
As part of its strategy, Premier are now actively looking for other opportunities to complement their already significant portfolio of services.
Premier Print & Promotions Ltd recently won the Sourcing City Distributor of the Year Award.
