Published:  12 February, 2010

If you have not already registered to visit, now is the time to do so. Pre-registration is still open - simply log on to the show website www.show.promota.co.uk and register for tickets following the visiting link.

And to make sure you don’t miss out on anything we’ve come up with some top reasons to visit this year’s show.

Time and money saving

PROMOTA is holding its landmark 21st show at the NEC on March 1 – 2 and this year the association is co-locating with Printwear & Promotion LIVE 2010. For those with busy schedules, the co-location enables visitors to take the opportunity to visit two shows under one roof – saving money and travelling time.

PROMOTA is keen to thank member visitors for their support of the show. Not only will the association be offering free parking for all member visitors, but also we will refund your toll charges if you bring your receipt on the day!

The show’s internet café, with free WiFi means that you can bring your office with you and work or have short meetings in a relaxed environment, helping you carry on with your day, whilst visiting the show.

Show exclusives

At the International PROMOTA Show 2010 visitors will be able to get ahead and find out exactly what our supplier members are planning for the year. Our exhibitors are offering all kinds of show exclusives from brand new products to order discounts – many suppliers are using the show as a launch pad for their 2010 ranges.

Voucher book

Pre-registered member visitors to the International PROMOTA Show 2010 are entitled to a members-only voucher book. Validated at the show, members will be entitled to discounts on product orders. Redeeming just a fraction of the offers in the voucher book will more than cover the cost of your membership - making it money-saving offer not to be missed. If you are a member of PROMOTA and are planning to visit the show, register for tickets now to ensure you receive your voucher book.

If you are not a member, joining is easy and will definitely make financial sense. What’s more if you join before February 12 you will receive a special voucher book worth up to £1600 to welcome you as a new member.

Networking

Rod Duncan, chairman of PROMOTA, said: “This year we have made great efforts to ensure that the show is as productive for members as it can be. One of the key benefits of visiting the show is the opportunity to network with like-minded people in a relaxed yet professional environment.”

As always, the show will offer visitors the chance to meet-up with industry peers and in addition, the small networking events being held at this year’s show will be a great opportunity for visitors to network with others from the promotional merchandise industry. PROMOTA is also encouraging members to take advantage of the fact that their key contacts will all be under one roof, as meeting at an exhibition is the most effective way of building relationships.

There are many new supplier exhibitors at the show in March and they will not be found at any other UK exhibition this year. This gives PROMOTA’S distributor visitors the exclusive opportunity to meet with new companies and discuss new business prospects.

Feature focus

At the show in March, PROMOTA will have selected areas focusing on hot topics and trends. Following on from last year, the Eco Area will once again feature at the show enabling visitors to locate environmentally-friendly products on the show floor.

In a similar way the New Product area will allow visitors to locate any new products on the show floor, giving more information on the product itself and the supplier company.

Dedicated team

There is a new professional and expert team behind the running of the 2010 show meaning that it will be fresh and exciting and certainly an event for visitors to remember.

Matthew Lambert, operations manager, said: “The behind the scenes work of the show this year has been amazing – there is so much going on!

“With the huge amount of show exclusives and offers, we know that it will be a show to remember – and we still have some surprises up our sleeves for the two days so make sure you come along to find out what’s in store!”
