The Xpres sublimation system has proven to be extremely popular with garment decorators and represents a superb business opportunity thanks to a combination of low set up costs and the rapidly increasing demand for smaller runs of promotional products and business gifts.

With this system you can produce durable, photo quality, full colour transfers that can be applied to a diverse range of gifts. The process used to produce sublimation transfers is very simple and completed in three easy steps.

First the design is designed or imported onto a PC using Coreldraw graphics software. Next the logo is output to an Epson 1290 printer loaded with Xpres Subli-Print sublimation inks and printed onto sublimation paper. Finally the transfer is applied to the chosen product using a heat press.

Sublimation consumables incorporate a polyester coating that is penetrated by the sublimation ink when heat is applied and effectively ‘tattoos’ the logo or image onto the product.

Xpres offer up to 100 sublimation gift options including mugs, coasters, mouse mats, jigsaws, trophy labels, pennants, place mats, desk clocks, teddy bears, fridge magnets and key rings.

An exciting recent addition to the range is subli-bags. A perfect photo-gift, this collection consists of several different sizes of shoulder bag, the jeans bag which is made from denim, an A4 business folder and a choice of wallets.

Made from the finest quality materials to give a perfect print every time, Xpres sublimation gifts represent great value and offer you a superior margin. For further information on the Xpres Sublimation system and consumables, call 01332 85 50 85 or visit www.xpres.co.uk
