To celebrate their 15 year anniversary, Europe's largest outerwear supplier Result have announced a new charitable association with the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF) which saves critically endangered mammals in their wild habitat and benefits the local people who share their environment.
Every jacket sold in the new insulating Result Airdown range will trigger an annual per centage donation from Result to the DSWF.
Airdown jackets incorporate an innovative, internal cocoon, which the wearer can inflate or deflate to self-regulate body temperature.
Result director, Sara Sanders-Smith, said: "With this year's improved environment credentials across the majority of our styles, we are really pleased to enhance our OekoTex certification by contributing to the sterling preservation work of the DSWF.
"The close knit atmosphere of the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation, yet broad international scale of its influence and passion, is very similar to how we fuel Result."
Jill Inglis, head of Fundraising at DSWF commentated: "I must say their offer of support has been met with unanimous approval and excitement and we so look forward to developing this partnership with Result."
