Embroidery thread manufacturer Madeira have said goodbye to one of their longest-standing members of staff, Linda Kippax who has retired after more than 20 years' loyal service.
Managing director, Karen Burrows said: "Linda will be missed very much by staff and customers alike, not only for her keen personal interest in embroidery and valuable tips and advice but for her charming and personable manner.
"We wish her many years of happiness and relaxation in her retirement - and perhaps for her to attend a few Embroiderers' Guild meetings!
"However, we are also welcoming a fresh face to our team, John Gillies who has brought much energy with him and is keen to learn about the industry and I'm sure many of you will be speaking to him soon."
