TeamTogs, the Hertfordshire-based specialists in off the peg and bespoke uniforms and merchandise, have recently supplied celebrity chef Alan Coxon with a new chef's tunic.
TeamTogs have become the UK retailer for premier Italian manufacturer Giblor's and were able to source the finest catering uniforms, from an eclectic range of styles and colours.
By working closely with Alan Coxon, TeamTogs developed design concepts and finishes suitable for his needs. Within only a week Alan was able to wear the finished garment at the Taste of Birmingham show in July.
Alan Coxon is one of the most respected chefs within the catering industry and was voted amongst the top 10 TV Chefs of the World in a poll commissioned by BBC Food in 100 countries.
Karen Saragoussi, managing director of TeamTogs, said: "We wanted to help Alan really stand out during his cooking demonstrations at the Taste of Birmingham show. The black and silver colours of his tunic were completely different to anyone else's, and we were able, through our in-house embroidery service, to feature Alan's logo using a metallic finish and unusual logo position. I'm really pleased that our new uniforms were such a big hit."
