Graphic Parts International Inc, which manufactures replacement pallets for most makes and models of foreign and domestic, manual and automatic textile printing machines, has created a new division to meet demand for pallets designed for specialty applications.
GPI's Stay Flat pallets can be made to any size or shape, with or without specially formulated heat-resistant rubber surfaces.
"We've had requests for round pallets, glove-shaped pallets, special pallets for printing bags, even pallets that can flip over to print both sides of an item," said president, Michael Green. "Our new Specialty Pallets Division and our highly skilled and experienced engineers are available to handle just about any request. We'll even advise you on how to handle an especially difficult printing configuration."
GPI also offers pallet rubber and guidance on resurfacing pallets, or GPI's in-house technicians will handle the task for you.
The company also manufactures retrofit kits for converting your present pallets to the Stay-Flat aluminum pallets. This prevents delaminating and warping, which can be the result of excessive flash curing or moisture buildup.
GPI also manufactures parts for all screen printing equipment, with a large inventory of parts usually shipped within 24 hours or less. For made-to-order products, the delivery time may be up to 48 hours. Service and parts meet or exceed all OEM specifications.
