Phil Stone of PSM in Banbury was crowned TheMagicTouch/Ralawise regional Wii bowling champion at the recent "Open House" event.
More than 65 account holders visit TheMagicTouch's Dunstable showrooms for the two day event which showcased the latest developments. It was also an opportunity for distributor Ralawise to show some of the new brands and styles introduced for 2009.
Carl Newbury, TMT general manager, said: "This is the third event this year where we have seen new and existing customers. It's great to listen and understand their needs and aspirations during these challenging times. The overriding conclusion is that clients and end users want good consistent service, service that TheMagicTouch and Ralawise can offer."
TheMagicTouch used this event to introduce new live online technical support where by taking control of customers' PCs, any technical or software issues can be dealt with instantly.
Since its launch, the system has taken technical support to a new level.
Carl added: "The Wii idea was just some fun, but once visitors were aware of netbooks, cameras and photo frames as prizes, it ended up getting pretty serious, in a nice way!"
Further regional events are planned from September onwards.
