The new development from transfer specialists Victory Design allows you to wash up to the highest temperature and is extremely durable. The company told Printwear and Promotion more.
Victory Design Ltd has been supplying materials and equipment to the heat transfer market over the last ten years. The company is constantly working on new products and innovative ideas via close consultation with its customers, and as a result the company has recently developed a new product.
The majority of companies in the UK use Sublimation, Inkjet or LaserJet technologies to produce full colour transfers for pocket logos, sponsor panels, badges etc. Though these processes have their benefits, they do not always provide the durability and withstand what todayÕs demanding customer requires.
With this in mind, Victory Design have developed a new product that it is confident will meet the demands of companies producing Sportswear, Workwear and Leisurewear. This new product is called easiMARK Colourprint.
Colourprint can be washed at a temperature of up to 80¡c and can be dry cleaned. The material is stretchable and does not feel heavy once applied onto the garment. Another added benefit is the quality of the colour reproduction easiMARK Colourprint provides, which other processes using sublimation, inkjet or laser could not match.
Companies who are interested in this type of process have two options. The first is the EcoJet Compact digital printer, a 30' print and cut machine that can produce high volumes of colour transfers usually associated with screenprinting and embroidery methods.
For example, if you printed an 8cm by 8cm logo, you could produce up to 100 logos per hour. These are ready to press straight onto the garment without having to spend time weeding waste away.
The cost to produce these badges is also very competitive as based on current media and ink costs, an 8cm by 8cm badge would only cost 16 pence each to produce.
The second option is to use a new in house trade service introduced by Victory Design to cater for companies not looking to invest at present in this new technology. So, if for example you have football kits or Workwear that need full colour durable logos then send your design and details by email to : sales@victory-design.co.uk for samples and pricing.
Victory Design also has a wide range of heat sealable films for personalising work wear, sportswear and fashion wear. With specialist films for different applications and fabrics, e.g. easiMARK Nylon and easiMARK Reflective.
The combination of a professional cutter and a heatpress allows you to produce one or a hundred transfers, this versatile equipment is ideal for low volume, high profit output. With virtually no set up time the end product can be produced extremely quickly and cost effectively. Once heat applied onto a garment or accessory the product will display high quality professional results. A full colour effect can be achieved by layering the films.
