Fleece is a material that can cause companies difficulty when attempting to apply transfers. The majority of logos transferred on to Fleece are embroidered. Sometimes, however, when customerÕs requests are for only a short run or full colour logo, you need to consider a different method.

easiMARK Cotton is a transfer film that applies easily to Fleece without difficulty. Available in over 30 colours and finishes, this product can be multi-layered if more than one colour is required. One of the main benefits of easiMARK Cotton is that it is only 60 microns thick. This allows it to melt very quickly on to Fleece without heavy pressures on a heatpress that can cause damage.

Another way to reduce damage to your Fleece is to separate the front and back of the garment before pressing. This will reduce the weight that goes on to the area being pressed.

If you notice, after you have applied your transfer, that the heatpress plate has flattened the fleece, all you need to do is wash the garment. In most cases, if you have applied using a light pressure the Fleece will return back to normal once cooled.

Should you require a full coloured digital print, you can use easiMARK Darkjet or Colourprint. These will apply direct onto the Fleece, leaving your customer with a vibrant and durable print. The application methods mentioned above should also be used for these products.
