With new products unveiled recently and digital technology offered to the decorator, Stahls’ Europe tell Printwear & Promotion more about what has been launched.
Stahls’ Europe has been offering heat presses made in-house since 1986 and customers have been satisfied with the sturdy housing, reliability of the mechanics and technological assets of this machine for over 20 years.
To add to its current collection, Stahls Europe has also introduced the Sprint Digital - a new heat press that combines the renowned quality and easy handling of the Sprint with the digital age.
Not just for entry level users, this new series allows for a virtually immaculate application. Time and temperature can be set and read via the digital display, the pressure is set via a knob above the centre of the upper platen and can be read on the new display as well. Once the set time is reached, the Sprint Digital will indicate with a buzzer that the application time has been reached.
The settings can be manipulated easily Ð just with a push of a button, making the application very easy to use and making errors virtually impossible. This results in fewer errors and eventually saves the user time and money! The Sprint Digital comes in three standard sizes : 28cm x 38cm; 38cm x 38cm and 40cm x 50cm.
There are many accessories available for this line including various sized lower platens, cover sheets and Teflon pillows to name only a few.
Another addition to this line is the Sprint Cap Digital that features the same advanced technology as the Sprint Clam Digital series. This cap press is not only set up to accommodate exchangeable lower platens, but features also a unique device that allows the user to firmly position the cap into the specially designed device.
Errors, due to the caps slipping, are therefore hardly possible, making this not only an aggravation-saving heat press but also a heat press that saves the user time and money.
As well as heat transfer presses, the company has also expanded its transfer film product offering. StahlsÕ Europe is constantly looking to improve and expand its material assortment, and has announced that eight new colours in the CAD-CUT Film have been introduced.
Visitors to the recent VISCOM event in Dusseldorf, Germany were the first to see the new range of CAD-CUT film and the new Sprint Digital heat presses. Existing customers have already come to appreciate the CAD-CUT Film from Stahls when it was available in the seven standard colours. Among the benefits of the PVC-free film is its smooth matte surface that provides outstanding opacity to the decorator.
The cutting and weeding of the film has also proven to be extremely user-friendly due to the adhesion of the film itself and the sticky carrier. The film is washable up to 60¡C and provides excellent results on 100% cotton, cotton blends and 100% polyester.
The CAD-CUT Film also complies with the Oeko-Tex Standard, which means it is safe for the environment and has been tested and passed the stringent certification for harmful substances - making it safer for the decorator and the end user.
There is now eight new colours added to the standard colour collection : orange, burgundy, violet, pink, azure, brown, gold and silver - are now available.
As well as offering products to the heat transfer market, Stahls Europe also services screen printers. The company has been offering its screenprinting services for many years now, implementing its own screenprinting machines.
Existing customers have come to appreciate the outstanding quality and timely manner in which orders are completed and the flexibility of the staff who provide the service.
Whether it is that the garments are being supplied by Stahls Europe and heat apply the screenprinted images and design on to them, or that the customer can supply the garments Ð Stahls Europes screen-printing division can accommodate virtually any request quickly, accurately and cost-efficiently!
Screenprints are ideal if your customer desires a unique and permanent advertisement on virtually any garment. Even the demand for heat applications on to nylon garments can be satisfied.
