Atech Ltd is meeting the demand for more versatile and unique large format printing by showcasing the latest Bedigital Texbejet direct-to-substrate printers - including the PT2600RB and PT1880RB models - at the recent Sign & Digital Show in Birmingham.
Bedigital textile printers allow printing and sublimation in a single device thanks to Roland-based technology and recent developments in inks. Textile printing saves costs on transportation and storage, plus, with some applications and dependent upon media used, it can be easily re-used time after time.
A continual heat transfer process allows you to print in bright colours that are perfect for printing on polyester. Disperse water-based inks, photographic speeds of up to 18 m/hr2 and print qualities of up to 1440pp ensure excellent quality graphics on textiles.
Both printers have in-built calendars which has a direct effect on saving power consumption and wastage.
Atech also showcased a range of finishing products, including a large format laminator, a 3m banner and textile welder, board cutter, eye-letting machine and a 1.6m roller to sheet cutter.
