Based in Durham in the North East of England, Moette Ltd is a well-established leader in the production of screen-printed and embroidered clothing. To keep abreast of their ever-increasing Order Book, and to provide the level of Service its customers have come to expect, Moette realised they needed to update their Management Information System. After considering several alternatives, Moette chose the new comprehensive Prof.IT Computer System from PCI.

This new Windows-based system handles not only the day to day recording and processing of Sales and Purchase Orders, but provides Management with invaluable tools to be able to monitor and react to the ever changing face of business into today¹s fast moving world.

The system records Orders as they arrive (either in written form from Customers or Agents), or via Telesales Enquiries, and quickly and efficiently process the Sales Orders through the business. All necessary documentation (Order Acknowledgements, Picking Notes, Despatch Documents, and Invoices) can be produced by the System, and the option is available to have these directly sent to the Customers via Fax or E-Mail, as well as the traditional method of posting.
