Screen printing Kleen-View set to impress with its latest cleaning equipment

A.W.T. World Trade Inc. makes washing out and inspecting screen frames easier, more efficient, less messy, and more environmentally friendly with its extremely durable Kleen-View^TM Washout Sink. To reduce backsplash from high-pressure washout of ink residue, the stainless-steel Kleen-View features an extra-deep trough with a corrugated fiberglass back panel.

The Kleen-View comes in a standard tabletop model that accepts a maximum frame size of 26 x 26" (66 x 66 cm), and many floor models with sink and stand combinations for frame sizes up to 99 x 222" (251 x 564 cm). Floor models are equipped with an exhaust outlet to facilitate proper venting of fumes, and an optional storage shelf is available to keep the floor clear of obstacles.

The Kleen-View's fiberglass back panel works with either natural or artificial light to help reveal pinholes, unexposed emulsion, and ink residue. For shop conditions where natural light is unavailable or limited, A.W.T.'s optional backlight assembly provides a consistent light source to work with. Units disassemble easily to fit through doorways and other tight spots. The Kleen-View^TM is designed for use with pressure washing equipment such as A.W.T.'s Power-King^TM II pressure washers, which direct an adjustable spray of up to 1200 PSI to fully clean mesh.
