The Boost Up range of outerwear is now available in the UK from leisurewear providers PTMC, and offers the decorating industry a whole new option in outerwear production.

The Boost Up range includes seven stock styles, with a range of performance fabrics utilised and a wide range of colours available for each style, with some pieces featuring specialist zip-in attachments and removables and discreet access for embroidery.

The main selling point of the Boost Up range is that each jacket can be offered as a bespoke item, made to your specifications on colours and fabrics. For example, if a certain style caught your eye yet you wanted to recreate it in corporate colours for a customer - with added fabrics on parts of the sleeve - then Boost Up allows you to not only utilise this service, but also make a minimum order of only 100 pieces from its factory in China, which is both Oeko Tex and ISO 9001:2000 specified.

Elsewhere in fabrics, the company can offer a choice of 186T nylon microfibre, 330D microfibre, 330D breathable microfibre, polyester rib stop and microfibre rib stop. All fabrics are tested for harmful substances using the Oeko Tex Testing Standard, all styles carry the Oeko Tex Swing tag, and large stocks are kept in the UK as well as in the Belgian base, where stock can be easily imported from.

All the fabrics can be decorated easily by embroidery, printing, heat transfers and appliqués with additions such as a woven label, zip pull, engraved or printed press studs and moulded badges all available for your selection and addition. The jackets do not carry any mention or branding from PTMC, only a woven label for the Boost Up brand.

Boost Up has been available through PTMC in the UK since the beginning of 2005, following an establishing period which has seen offices in Melbourne, Stuttgart and Budapest as well as the Belgian office service their respective areas. The company is primarily based in Hong Kong, and all manufacturing is done in China with the factory supervised for staff working standards and a trade union present for the staff.

The stock styles see a variety in each piece, the Quadra is a 4 in 1 jacket with a reversible fleece/jacket - the Twin - inside that can be zipped out of the inner jacket to be worn as a simple casual jacket. Another style is the Plug, which has an inner fleece jacket which can have the arms removed and be worn as a fleece bodywarmer. All styles are available in a choice of colours and in sizes from S-XXL.

A new brochure for the Boost Up range is available for the 2005-2006 range which will feature both the capabilities of the bespoke design service, as well as the available stock range.

PTMC has been in operation for the past four years in the UK and also offer a wide range of custom manufacturing. All stock is held in South Yorkshire and is only supplied to the trade, with next day delivery available for orders placed before 2pm, subject to availability. A plain website is also available for decorators to refer customers to with no mention of contact numbers or PTMC.
