The company has invested in the Ultragraphics system from Xpres which allows for the simple production of quality, high definition transfers for application on to a huge variety of fabric and accessory surfaces, including cotton, polyester and mesh. It also enables for the simple production of one-off and low volume logos without large setup costs

Blue Rock are offering the transfer decoration service to customers either already decorated on to products or to be applied by customers on their own orders themselves.

A trade embroidery feature has also been introduced that will allow a three shift pattern to accommodate for demand that been seen since the company's official launch in the summer.

Blue Rock offer an in-house service digitising, punching and embroidery service with the company able to produce anything up to 40 million stitches a week. The embroidery and decoration service is also offered with short lead times, as set delivery times are within seven to ten days.

The company can offer a choice of a plain price or embroidered price on its garments, and offer no minimum order on decorated orders. There are no setup charges for embroidery and the embroidered price is fixed, therefore the quantity ordered and stitch count is irrelevant in the final cost.

A range of garments are offered by Blue Rock, including a 180gm T-shirt, a 240gm polo shirt, a 280gm sweat and a 280gm fleece. For the workwear customer, a sleeveless hi-viz vest and jacket are both offered in the standard yellow with regular work trousers, combat style work trousers and a boiler suit also offered.
