PressMech's A3 Bag Press is designed for heat transfer bag applications including school bags, sports bags, suitcases, briefcases and even popular ‘bags for life' style products. Its quick change platens and free-arm-free space design allows decoration on any size and shape bag from 50 by 50mm to 510 by 386mm without double handling, seam pressing or special folding.
Features include digital temperature and adjustable times, plus user set pressure and height. Manufactured from welded steel the machine is designed to withstand the rigors of serious production environments while offering the flexibility for short run and one-off applications. The machine can also be used as a conventional A3 heat press.
With an interchangeable lower platen (claimed to be a world first) the system prints pockets, sleeves, bags, umbrellas and other irregular shapes without wasting time and effort.
The company states the PressMech A3 press excels at handling thick items such as plaques, tiles and boxes, while retaining the precise control required for printing delicate fabrics.
