 New appointment 

Capital Incentives & Motivation, one of the UK's leading incentive and motivation specialist companies, has appointed Dawn Aston to the position of product development executive in the marketing department

Aston, who has a First Class Honours degree in Licensed Retail with Hospitality Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, previously held the position of reception team leader at Northop Hall Hotel in north Wales.

Aston will be responsible for identifying and pro-actively cold-calling prospective clients, generating appointments with new businesses, building and developing relationships with current retailers, managing issues of acceptance and gathering information for reporting purposes.
