Essential Embroidery Design (EED) has moved from its base in Luton to new, larger premises three miles away in Dunstable.
Established in 1998, this is the company's fourth move to larger premises. This latest site offers 18,000 sq feet of space, more than double the size of the old premises.
Md George Georgiou said: "We will not outgrow this facility for a while at least! It has been less than five years since we moved into Selbourne Road (the old premises), but we really needed to make this move, so that as we continue forward we can look after our clients in the way they have become accustomed."
He added: "The new facility will give us all sorts of production and storage flexibility, which can only benefit our customers."
The new facility will see continued investment in all other areas of the business, including new order processing systems and bespoke manufacturing, which were being finalised as this went to press. Look out for further information in P&P as EED settles in.
