With a new brand and a service that is unrivalled within the industry, Blue Rock Clothing told Dan Raywood more about its plans and intentions.
Last month we introduced you to Blue Rock clothing, a new promotional leisurewear brand that is being launched during summer 2005. With roots born in both decoration and the supply of industrial workwear, Sales Director Peter Morgan said, 'We are starting the range off with general leisurewear - T-shirts, polos, sweats and fleece and we are bringing in boilersuits and other workwear.'
The range is being started with a range of promotional leisurewear, being offered is a 180gm T-shirt that is available in a range of sizes from S-XXL and in a choice of royal navy, sky, red, maroon, bottle, black and white. Also offered in the same colourways is a 240gm polo shirt, while a 280gm sweat is available in royal navy, red, maroon, bottle and black. A 280gm fleece is available in navy and black, the polo, sweat and fleece are available in sizes XS-XXXL.
For the workwear customer, a sleeveless hi-viz vest and jacket are both offered in the standard yellow. Regular work trousers are also offered in navy and royal, combat style work trousers are available in black and navy and a boiler suit is offered in navy and royal. These garments are available in sizes from 28-48 inch waist and in a regular or tall leg.
The production of workwear garments comes from the company's background in workwear, Peter said, 'We've got fifteen years experience in the embroidery trade and five years in workwear so we've analysed what people want and meet their needs.'
As well as offering a range of clothing, Blue Rock can also complete and meet your decorating needs with its in-house service. It is possible for the company to produce anything up to 40 million stitches in a week and all punching and digitising can be done in-house too.
The embroidery and decoration service is also offered with short lead times, as set delivery times are within seven to ten days. This allows the company to not only offer a choice of a plain price or embroidered price, but also offer no minimum order on decorated orders. There is no setup charges for embroidery and the embroidered price is fixed, therefore the quantity ordered and stitch count is irrelevant in the final cost.
Peter said, 'We've cut out all the middlemen, we do all the sourcing ourselves and offer a good service. We're giving a short lead time at a good price.' We're selling the name and also offering cross-embroidered garments. We are selling the name and also offering cross-embroidered garments. We'll punch it, decorate it and offer it finished.'
Alternatively, you can simply request a decorated sample and this will be produced and sent to you within a very short time. Peter said, 'It comes down to trust, we can offer a sample and people can see what we do.'
The Blue Rock website is also now online for the range to be viewed. If you are looking for prices and are looking to buy online, a login service is available, where a login ID and password will be supplied to you by the company if you qualify as a trade customer.
