Alison McKenzie, brand director, says: "With the colder weather on its way, practical outdoor workwear is a priority. The sweatshirt that was suitable for chillier summer days will no longer be adequate, yet many workers won't want to carry around a bulky hard shell jacket. This is especially true of workers that operate both indoors and outdoors - drivers, warehouse staff, garden centre sales assistants and so on. Both styles are made from the company's soft, warm and hardwearing 100% polyester fleece fabric. (The Smoke colourway comprises of a 75% polyester/25% viscose fibre blend). The fleece is pill-resistant, so it will stay looking smart in spite of day in and day out use in physical work environments. It provides welcome insulation against the cold outdoors. However, it is breathable, so the person stays comfortable when they are working especially vigorously, or they move into a warmer environment.

The zipped front opening provides useful additional ventilation, and the roomy cut allows maximum freedom of movement. Together, these features ensure that the three-season jackets will remain comfortable to wear under the widest variety of conditions, says Fruit of the Loom. As well as keeping a worker comfortable and productive, the fact that the garment will remain on their back, rather than in the back of their truck or back in the foreman's hut, will maximise the exposure of any corporate branding.

The 65/35 Polos complement the Fleece jackets. There are four styles to choose from, and all are made from Fruit of the Loom's easy care 65% polyester/35% cotton pique fabric. This is guaranteed to perform at a 60°C wash, making it easier to clean heavily soiled garments, and requires little or no ironing. The fabric prints and embroiders well, and is made to last. The polos work especially well when worn under the Full Zip Fleece - a smart, yet practical combination.  

The Fleece jackets are available in six colours. The 65/35 Polo comes in a choice of 14 colours. "Customers can choose jackets and polos in matching colours; however, many prefer complementary colour combinations to tie in with their corporate colour scheme - for example, a Navy fleece worn over a Red polo,"McKenzie advises.
