Engraving Machines
Mastergrave handles engraving machine and consumable sales and enquires for Roland DG. "Working with Roland means we can offer our customers top quality machines, ultra competitive prices, fantastic training facilities in 5 UK locations and the benefit of back up support from both Mastergrave and Roland technical teams," it says.
Gifts, jewellery and pet tags
The Metaza MPX-80 continues to lead the way, says Mastergrave, as its price, speed, ease of use and versatility make it difficult to beat on any level.
Supplied complete with software the MPX-80 can engrave jewellery, pendants, pet tags, trophy plates, pens and gifts up to a standard hip flask size. With various text and photo engraving settings the versatile MPX-80 will suit those looking to start an engraving business as well as those looking to add to existing engraving services.
There is also a centre vice and surface tracking system allowing more awkward items and even curved surfaces to be engraved.
The MPX-80 which will take up just one square foot of counter space, will compliment any other engraving machine and is available at just £10.96 a week.
Industrial and signage
For those looking to move into label or sign engraving, the entry level EGX-20 will engrave name badges, small signs, plastic plaques, as well as tags and trophy plates.
The next step up is the EGX-350, which boasts an A4 bed and will engrave metals such as brass and aluminium as well as the likes of slate, wood and cast memorial plaques. The centre vice also allows you to engrave gifts and jewellery items. The competitively priced 350 is the most popular choice for engravers moving into signage, says Mastergrave.
If your sights are set on large signage or stainless steel engraving, the pro engravers are what you are looking for. Available in two bed sizes the EGX-400 (12 x 16") and EGX-600 (16 x 24") are large, robust, powerful machines and the choice for the professional sign maker, says Mastergrave. As with all the competitively priced machines in the Roland range, software is included.
Engravable Gifts
Mastergrave's new engravable gift catalogue has just been launched, with unique products to offer customers something a little different from the rest. Mastergrave expects the glitter pet tags and engravable bracelets to be popular sellers, while for those with laser engravers there's a good selection of laser engravable products.
It has also added to the range of ‘every occasion' items such as business card holders, money clips, flip top lighters and compact mirrors, which are easy to engrave on any engraving machine.
Jewellery and pendants
A selection of engravable jewellery is also stocked, including solid silver bracelets, necklaces and pendants as well as some stainless steel and gold plated items.
The company has designed a wide range of rhodium and gold plated pendants, which as well as being suitable for diamond engraving will also suit both the MPX-70 and 80 Metaza models.
Velvet pouches, jewellery and pendant boxes and neck chains are also stocked and ready for immediate dispatch.
New pet tags
The year wouldn't be complete without a new range of pet tags, says Mastergrave. Following the success of the coloured enamel nickel-plated tags it has introduced the same designs in vibrant glittery finishes, available in 25mm. The existing tags have also been improved and now feature a protective coating to prevent the enamel getting scratched, giving a longer lasting tag.
