First Fespa Asia-Pacific

Bangkok, the regional hub of Southeast Asia, is to host the first ever FESPA World Expo Asia-Pacific 2008 (Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre, 28th - 30th November), the region's only exhibition dedicated to screen and wide-format printing technologies.

FESPA organisers said Bangkok's new airport, advanced infrastructure and numerous transport links, along with its many attractions made it the ideal choice to host the exhibition.

Teamwear expands

Motor racing clothing specialist Teamwear is branching out into other areas of teamwear with the launch of a new website.

It will continue to  service the motor sport market, but is developing new ideas and ranges in other areas of teamwear.

These new styles will become available on the site from Autumn 2008, along with a ‘daring' new colourway.

New board members

Promota, the trade association representing promotional merchandising and advertising gift companies, has added three new members to the board: Sue Moth of B Sanders, Sarah Hurley of Ink Promotions and Mike Pierrepoint of Woo Ltd.

 Promota relies on its board members to help it promote good practice within its membership as well as raise the profile of the promotional merchandise industry on a regional, national and international level. Board members also help further advance the reputation, role and membership of the association.

Summer brights

Continental's new summer Highlighter T-shirts are now available.
