Dennis has a background in the sewing industry where he has been parts controller for companies such as John Rowlson, E L Grain and J Reeves.

His knowledge will stand him in good stead with the embroidery industry, says YES, as he will understand the needs of customers who work in a high pressure, delivery date led industry similar to the garment manufacturing trade.

YES is currently expanding the technical department and Dennis' knowledge will give added support to an already experienced team. Md Roy Burton said: "Although it may not be widely recognised, technicians need support so that they, in turn, can support the customer. Having someone like Martin back at base gives them the confidence that the parts they need will be there when they want them."
