Absolute Apparel has ‘ripped up the rule book' by offering only one price in its catalogue, rather than separate carton, pack and single prices.
The company claims its pricing is the lowest in the industry and equal to its competitors' best carton prices. "Our industry has always maintained that there should be a carton price, a pack price and a single price," said Absolute Apparel md Frank Jheinga. "We all understand why this is the norm, but it can be very confusing for our customers.
"Things have changed over the years and service levels have improved to a point where we can deliver stock in less than 24 hours. With availability being this easy, our customers no longer need to keep stock. If they need 117 garments, they only want to order 117 garments. Instead of penalising them on small quantities, we operate a 'no minimum order' policy at the best price, regardless of order breakdown. It simplifies things for everyone involved, and helps create a happy customer."
