Regatta believes that its consumers are still looking for great value but when it comes to menswear purchases the performance and technical features of the product is key. Hi-tech sporty styling is dictating the direction for new styles, it says, adding that an assurance of this trend continuing is proven by the rise of luxury designers adopting the look for their winter catwalk lines.
Regatta offers a large range of menswear products, which includes staple classics and new technical styles. All styles are available in colourways ideal for the promotional market, which includes Botanic green and Glowlight yellow for 2009. Several of the products within the menswear range are also available in ladies equivalents allowing consumers to create a perfect Uniform selection. A popular item within the collection includes the Newman II, a waterproof and breathable Isotex jacket with a hydrostatic head of over 5000mm, Thermo-Guard insulation and an anti-pill Symmetry fleece lining. Extra features also include warm lined pockets, mobile phone pocket and a security pocket.
A popular lightweight option, the Titan is designed with Regatta's waterproof and breathable lightweight fabric technology, Isolite. The Titan features a modern look with reflective piping detail and is interactive to allow the consumer to zip a fleece into the garment, making it perfect for all year round use.
The popularity of the Regatta Softshell garments has meant the range has expanded further for 2009. The range now consists of 9 styles, which includes The Compound 3-in-1 with a Softshell inner, bodywarmers, waterproof Softshell XPT fabric jackets and the unique Diode - a Softshell jacket with a waterproof and breathable Isotex drop liner to add extra protection from the elements.
