Just Hoods by AWDis, which launched in January this year, says it is committed to environmental and ethical considerations in all matters including production of its garments.
"This is not only in recognition that planet earth needs as much help as it can get and more, but also as a reflection of our customers' wishes, the majority of whom are from the more youthful age group and who have a vested interested in these things," it says.
"Accordingly as the source of production at our factory in Pakistan has become increasingly busy it takes great store in its W.R.A.P. accreditation. Many of their customers worldwide, including AWDis, would simply not deal with them without this continued approval."
W.R.A.P. requires that all production is made under lawful, humane and ethical conditions with adherence to environmentally conscious production methods, says AWDis. Regular independent monitoring by acknowledged testing authorities ensures that standards are maintained throughout the whole process.
It adds: "The Just Hoods by AWDis factory is extremely careful in its' choice of raw material suppliers with full regard to its' own W.R.A.P. accreditation."
